  1. We are Drs Hilary Matheson and Kay Flatten. The Director of RE at UU Church Fort Myers and the UU Campus Minister at Florida Gulf Coast University have developed an inter-generational, multi-faith program which they would like to submit for USSS funding. We have agreed to help them and will be passing through Boston City Center on Jan 30th mid-day. Can someone meet with us? We understand the application timeline and process. They will work for a May 1st submission. Please reply ASAP so we can confirm our travel arrangements.

    1. Kay…we would be happy to answer any questions via email. We are a volunteer group of board members that serve as DRE’s and other RE professionals in our own churches/UU organizations, so it’s not in our time allotment to meet with applicants. We will read the grant applications 4 times per year when we meet. Hope to see yours!

      Thank you!

  2. Hello! I’ve been following your blog for a while now and
finally got the bravery to go ahead and give you a shout out from Lubbock Tx!

Just wanted to mention keep up the excellent job!

  3. Hi friends! Thanks for your good work. I’m wondering if you could share the typical dollar range of your grant awards? This would help me in understanding what kinds of projects you fund. Thank you!

    1. Hi Lauren, our guidelines read that we will provide grants of up to $3,000. The type of project should be directly helpful to UU religious educators and faith formation.
